Core Bracing Sequence

Want an easy way to exercise your core, engage the muscles that stabilize your spine, and help to prevent lower back pain?  Give core bracing a chance.  By actively contracting the muscles around your spine throughout the day, putting your back in a good neutral position and keeping these muscles engaged you can help prevent future episodes of lower back pain.
